01Who we are

MeistrasPro is an online platform connecting clients with construction and renovation service providers in Lithuania. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02What data we collect

• Account data: email, name, phone number, city, account type.
• Professional data: company name, form of business, company / activity code, regions served and categories.
• Job and quote content: work descriptions, budget, photos, correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see the Cookie policy).

03How we use the data

• To provide the service: match client jobs with suitable professionals.
• To manage the account, subscription and credit transactions.
• To send service-related notifications (mandatory) and, with your consent, news.
• To ensure security, prevent fraud and fulfil legal obligations.

04Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), legal obligation (accounting) and your consent (marketing messages).

05Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the service or as required by law. When an account is deleted, personal data is anonymised, but accounting and legal records (payments, credit transactions) are kept for the period required by law.

06Your rights

• The right to access your data and receive a copy of it (data export in the account settings).
• The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
• The right to be forgotten — delete the account and anonymise personal data.
• The right to withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
