01General provisions

These terms of use set out the conditions for using the MeistrasPro platform. By registering and using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Description of the service

MeistrasPro is an intermediary platform connecting clients looking for construction and renovation services with professionals. MeistrasPro is not a party to the works and is not responsible for the performance of agreements between professionals and clients.

03Account registration

• When registering you must provide correct and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• One account is for one person or company; creating fictitious accounts is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the right to act on behalf of a company.

04Client obligations

• Provide accurate information about the desired work.
• Communicate with professionals honestly and correctly.
• Do not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

05Professional obligations

• Provide correct information about your business, qualifications and services.
• Unlock a client’s contact only in order to send a genuine quote.
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania relating to your activity.
• Subscription and credit conditions apply according to the current pricing.

06Payments and subscriptions

Some features (the job feed, unlocking contacts) are available only with an active Pro or Premium subscription. Credits are used to unlock a client’s contact. Paid credits and subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.

07Limitation of liability

MeistrasPro is not responsible for the quality or timing of work carried out by professionals, or for disputes between the parties. The platform is provided “as is”, with reasonable efforts made to ensure it works.

08Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will announce material changes on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
